Appointed in 2023.
Holly Talbot has been married to her sweetheart for 33 years. She is the mother of 5 children and has 7 adorable grandchildren. Family has always been the center of her life, and all of her free time revolves around being a very hands-on mother and grandmother. She also loves to read, cook and spend as much time as possible in the mountains. She graduated from Weber State University as a Registered Nurse in 1992 and worked in the field for 12 years before setting aside her career to raise a family. As she returned to the workforce she discovered that the only way to regain licensure was to start completely over. After exploring several other fields she made the choice to repeat her nursing education in order to become a Registered Nurse again. She attended UBtech in Roosevelt to complete her LPN and received the award for the highest grade point average in the class. She currently attends Utah State University in Vernal to complete her RN. She is excited to represent the students in the state of Utah and feels that her educational experience will add a good perspective as she serves on the board.
