Appointed 2015. Ms. Jones is currently the CEO of the Women’s Leadership Institute, which aims to elevate the stature of women’s leadership in the state of Utah. Jones was the co-founder and President of Dan Jones & Associates for 30 years. She served in the Utah House and Utah Senate for 14 years, where she held the position of Minority Leader. A University of Utah graduate, Jones serves as chair of the Intermountain Community Care Foundation, the Dominion Energy Advisory Board, the Zions Bank Advisory Board, Success in Education, the University of Utah School of Dentistry, and is assigned to Utah Tech University and Dixie Tech College on the Board of Higher Education’s R&R team. Jones was married to the late Dr. Dan E. Jones and has four children and 11 grandchildren.
