Stacey K. Bettridge was born and raised in Cedar City, Utah. He and his wife Jill are the proud parents of eight children and ten grandchildren.
Mr. Bettridge was the owner and co-president of Ken Bettridge Distributing, Inc., a large wholesale petroleum distributor with retail stores and a fleet of delivery trucks in Cedar City with locations throughout Southern Utah. He and his brother sold the business in June of 2019, and both are currently working for the new owners Parkland Petroleum USA (Rhinehart Oil).
He was an active member of the Utah Trucking Association for more than twenty years, in leadership roles for the last sixteen years and currently as President of the State Trucking Association.
Mr. Betteridge is a Board member of Utah Petroleum Marketer Retail Association and a Board member of Utah Petroleum Association.
Mr. Bettridge was the co-founder of the Southern Utah Trucking Association Scholarship Fundraiser Golf Tournament. During 2019, they raised over $250,000.00 for scholarships primarily for Truck Drivers and Diesel Mechanics, and over the years the association has given funds to students in all fields.
Mr. Bettridge is involved in youth sports activities, and Cedar City and St. George Chambers of Commerce.
He enjoys golfing, snowmobile, trucks, and trucking. He and his wife ride Harleys.
From 2019 to 2020 he served as a Board Member of the Utah System of Technical Colleges.
