R909-1. Purpose: To assure all personnel meet federal, state, and local health requirements.

3.1.Physical Examinations: The Commissioner’s Office shall have the right to require physical examination of employees when questions of health arise which are related to working conditions or performance. Requests for such examinations will be processed by the EEO/AA Coordinator upon the approval of the appropriate Associate Commissioner.
3.2.Expenses: Examinations and diagnostic tests required will be at no expense to the employee concerned.
