Dave Pulsipher has served as Senior Assistant Commissioner of Compliance for the Utah System of Higher Education since 2024. He joined the Commissioner’s office in 2016 and has held several roles, including Audit Director and Senior Assistant Commissioner of State Aid.
He began his career as an operational auditor in 2005 and led three audit offices as Audit Director since 2010. He earned a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from the University of Utah and holds the Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner, and Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional credentials.
Outside of work, Dave enjoys just about any outdoor activity and holds a national soccer coaching license.
