With over 25 years of experience in technical education, Kim Ziebarth has held key leadership roles at the Utah System of Technical Colleges and Davis Technical College. Kim is deeply committed to helping institutions and faculty prepare students with the critical skills needed for successful careers. She recognizes the transformative role of technical education in building strong career foundations and creating pathways for continued educational growth.
In addition to her leadership at the Utah System of Higher Education, Kim contributes nationally through roles with the National Technical Honor Society and the Council on Occupational Education, which accredits Utah technical colleges. Kim holds degrees from Boise State University and Utah State University.
Outside of her professional work, Kim and her husband are proud parents of two daughters whose educational journeys—from technical certificates to master’s degrees—exemplify technical education’s lasting impact and value.
