Chair Simmons called meeting to order at 2:59 p.m. Loreen Olney called roll and a quorum was established.

The Regents discussed the NCHEMS report and next steps. This is a discussion item only; no action was taken.

Regent Hall made a motion to close the meeting; Regent Anderson seconded the motion and the motion carried.
