Executive Committee

Vice Chair Anderson called the meeting to order at 7:30 a.m.

Vice Chair Anderson proposed Stacee McIff as the interim president of Snow College. Board member
Simmons moved to appoint Stacee McIff as interim president of Snow College effective
July 1, 2022. Board member Barnes seconded the motion and the motion passed.

The meeting adjourned at 7:40 a.m.
