Chair Covington called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
Equal Opportunity Initiatives Remediation Plans
Dave Pulsipher presented the agenda item to the Executive Committee members.
Vice Chair Cox moved to concur with the findings of violations identified during the Part 2 FY2025 Equal Opportunity Initiatives compliance review, and approve the attached remediation plans. Board member Chavez Jr. seconded the motion, and the Executive Committee members in attendance voted unanimously in favor. The motion passed.
Vice Chair Cox moved to adjourn. Chair Covington seconded the motion, and the Executive Committee members in attendance voted unanimously in favor. The motion passed.
The meeting adjourned at 4:05 p.m.
