This program is for 2020 high school graduates who intended to apply for the Regents’ Scholarship but opted not to do so because their preferred Utah institution did not qualify.

  • 2020 Utah high school graduates

  • Graduated from a Utah high school in 2020
  • Attend a private, non-profit institution in Utah
  • Meet the Regents’ Scholarship requirements (View the application below for additional details)
• Eligible Uses:     
  • Tuition and fees
• Award:   
  • Based on available funding, first come-first served
• Award Duration:     
  • One-time award
• Eligible Institutions:   
  • Private, non-profit Utah institutions:
    • Brigham Young University (Provo campus)
    • Ensign College
    • Western Governors University
    • Westminster University
• Application Period:       
  • The application is available until funding is depleted or five years from the date of high school graduation.
