March 11th from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Join us for an hour as we dive into key topics relevant to higher education professionals. This ongoing quarterly series will feature idea-sharing, networking, collaboration across the state’s system of colleges and universities, and more. Sessions are open to all employees of Utah’s higher education institutions, and agendas will be posted in advance to allow time to clear calendars to attend. All sessions will be held virtually and recorded and linked to on the Ed Insights page for future reference.
To launch our Ed Insight series, we will be discussing data! Each institution is responsible for creating programs and degrees that align with industry need, but adequately describing that need can be difficult and confusing.
USHE Chief Economist, Carrie Mayne, will join us to share insights in data collection and how to connect that data to reporting needs in degree proposals. Additionally, we will have a representative from the Economic Development Corporation of Utah join to discuss emerging trends.
Registration is free and open to all USHE employees.
