As the committee begins the process of finding the next president, input and feedback from all stakeholders will be crucial to developing a job announcement that will help advertise for the position and recruit candidates. Snow College Board of Trustees and Search Committee Chair Leslie Keisel said, “We value our relationship with community members, industry partners, alumni, and others in our Badger family. We hope all who are interested will share their thoughts and suggestions at these forums.”

Following its interview process, the committee will recommend three to five finalists to the Board of Higher Education. The Board intends to name a new president by the summer of 2023 but will take the necessary time to find the most qualified candidate
