Julie Hartley
Dr. Julie Hartley is Associate Commissioner of Academic Education. Prior to joining USHE, she was a faculty member, dean, and then a campus director at various institutions in Utah, Illinois, Michigan, and New York. Her Ph.D. is in anthropology from Columbia University.
